In light of the regional restructuring of global high-end manufacturing supply chains and the rapid rise of the Southeast Asian market, the Group has been steadily advancing its internationalisation strategy in recent years. In 2023, the Group formally established a subsidiary in Bangkok, Thailand, and has successfully passed the interview and vetting process conducted by the Board of Investment (BOI), thereby securing the policy support and regulatory approvals required to conduct relevant business operations in Thailand.

To better adapt to the local market environment, the Group has assembled a management team in Thailand with extensive local experience, as well as an engineering team comprising several senior technical experts. At the same time, the Group has established a strategic partnership with a specialist local Thai management firm to effectively address challenges arising from local regulations, building standards, labour management and cultural differences. This localised operational strategy has significantly enhanced the Group’s project delivery efficiency and compliance capabilities in the Thai market.

To date, the Group’s Thai subsidiary has successfully provided cleanroom construction services to several well-known enterprises, including Zhongji Xuchuang, Tai Le Shun Pharmaceutical and Nanwei Medical. These projects span sectors with extremely stringent cleanroom requirements, such as electronics manufacturing and biopharmaceuticals, marking a significant step forward for the Group’s operations in the Thai market.
