Product Features

1. The filter frame is made from high-quality anodised aluminium, offering high strength and good toughness. It does not generate or accumulate dust. The polyurethane sealant has low volatility and does not bleed, ensuring a tight bond with the filter frame. The gel adhesive is a new type of eco-friendly adhesive made from natural materials; it uses water as a solvent and has passed SGS safety testing, confirming it is non-toxic and harmless. It offers excellent adhesive properties and a pleasant fragrance; products processed with it do not become brittle, deform, mould or bubble. Its eco-friendly nature and good ductility ensure effective sealing, making it widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. The powder-coated protective grille is made from cold-rolled steel mesh with a powder-coated finish, featuring a smooth, burr-free surface that does not generate or accumulate dust, whilst also protecting the filter media. Installation is quick and easy.

2. The painted protective grille is made from cold-rolled steel mesh with a powder-coated finish. Its surface is smooth and burr-free, preventing the generation or accumulation of dust, whilst also serving to protect the filter media. It is quick and easy to install. Low-VOC hot-melt adhesive effectively and evenly divides the filter paper, ensuring it is firmly and tightly bonded, thereby enhancing the filter’s strength. This allows the air to be purified to pass evenly through the filter paper, resulting in uniform airflow from the filter and delivering excellent purification performance.

3. The filter media consists of ultra-fine, water-resistant glass fibre filter paper, manufactured using a wet-forming process. It features uniform fibre distribution, high dust-holding capacity, low resistance and high strength. HEPA (H13–H14) filters capture particles of 0.3 µm or larger, whilst ULPA (U15–U17) filters capture particles of 0.12 µm or larger.

4. High-efficiency filters are available in H13–H14 and ultra-high-efficiency U15–U17 (EN 1822) grades, with a range of efficiency levels for customers to choose from. We also offer a selection of frame materials, specifications and construction methods for customers to select from.
