Key function

  • Delivers Class 100 fresh air from the ceiling downwards to maintain positive pressure in the workshop and control dust particles.
  • Covering the entire ceiling area, it creates a laminar flow clean environment, replacing large static pressure boxes in air handling units, and offers flexible installation options.

Internal components

Centrifugal silent fan, housing (powder-coated cold-rolled steel/stainless steel), built-in HEPA filter without partitions, junction box, speed control module, controller

Filter configuration

  • Inlet: Built-in simple dust filter
  • Terminal: H13/H14 high-efficiency filter
  • Pre-filter system: Pre-filter + medium-efficiency filter to protect the FFU

Common specifications

  • Standard sizes: 575×575 mm (small) 1175×575 mm (most common on the market) 1175×1175 mm (high flow rate)
  • Fan speed settings: Three-speed control (low/medium/high)
  • Voltage: 220V (suitable for both domestic and industrial use)

Classification

  • By housing: Painted steel plate FFUs, all-stainless steel FFUs
  • By control: Standard variable-speed, intelligent group-controlled FFUs
  • By filter: HEPA without partitions, HEPA with partitions

Applicable Cleanroom Classes

  • Class 100,000, Class 10,000, Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanrooms
  • Semiconductor, photovoltaic, lithium-ion battery, surface-mount electronics and sterile laboratories

Installation Method

Suspended directly from the light steel stud ceiling in the cleanroom and laid out in rows; installation is straightforward

Service life and maintenance

  • Fan: 3–5 years under normal use
  • High-efficiency filter: Replace every 8–12 months
  • Clean the air intake dust filter regularly to reduce air resistance
