Product Features
1. The filter housing is constructed from a brushed anodised aluminium frame. The filter bag is held in place by internal support grids, which, together with the adjacent grids, secure the bag opening to prevent the filter bag from falling out or becoming damaged during handling and operation. Additionally, the frame is coated with adhesive around its perimeter to ensure the filter is robust and secure, and to guarantee airtightness. The housing of the bag filter may also be made from galvanised steel, stainless steel (SUS) or ABS.
2. Loose-weave synthetic fibre filter media; the thickened synthetic fibre material offers high dust-trapping efficiency, high dust-holding capacity and high air permeability, ensuring a long service life. Glass fibre material may also be used for the filter media.
3. The filter media utilises ultrasonic welding technology to seamlessly join three sides of the filter bag into a single unit, with all corners and edges prone to leakage being sealed to ensure the filter bag remains intact even in harsh operating conditions. The filter bag features a reinforced grid that divides it into uniform airflow channels, allowing the bag to expand to its full capacity and ensuring that air flows through evenly.
4. The filters offer filtration efficiencies of M5, M6, F7, F8 and F9 (EN 779), with a range of efficiency grades available for customers to choose from. We also offer a selection of frame materials, specifications and construction methods for customers to select.
