Product Features
1. Anodised aluminium profile frames are lightweight, strong and tough; they do not generate dust, are resistant to dust accumulation, are easy to install and save on labour costs.
2. The protective mesh is made from high-quality galvanised steel mesh. The mesh surface has undergone a galvanising process, making it resistant to rust and dust-free. With its large mesh openings, it is sturdy and reliable, minimising ventilation resistance caused by the mesh. Together with the outer frame, it can be reused, thereby saving costs for businesses.
3. The filter media is made from high-quality polyester synthetic fibres, which are fine, dense and fluffy, ensuring high filtration efficiency and a large dust-holding capacity. It can be washed and reused repeatedly, extending its service life and saving costs for customers.
4. The filtration efficiency of the pre-filter ranges from G1 to G4 (EN 779), with various efficiency levels available for customers to choose from. We also offer a selection of frame materials, specifications and construction methods for customers to select from.
