Function

A mandatory passage for personnel and goods entering a cleanroom; high-velocity airflow removes dust, hair and debris from the body, preventing external contamination from entering the clean area. The two doors are interlocked and cannot be opened simultaneously.

Core Principle

High-speed clean air is discharged from nozzles at the top and on both sides, thoroughly sweeping over the body or goods. Dust is filtered out through the return air vent at the bottom, ensuring a continuous purification cycle.

Common Classifications

  • Single-person single-blow: Airflow from one side; suitable for small workshops with low footfall
  • Single-person double-blow: Airflow from both left and right sides; the most commonly used cost-effective model
  • Single-person triple-blow: Airflow from the top and both sides; offers the best purification effect
  • Two-person/multi-person air shower: Designed for high-volume staff use in factories
  • Goods air shower: For large items and trolleys; features a wide, spacious design

Operating Procedure

Enter through outer door → Close door
Automatic sensor-activated airflow for 10–15 seconds
Airflow ends → Inner door unlocks to enter clean area
Both doors cannot be opened simultaneously at any time

Routine Maintenance

Pre-filter: Clean and replace every 1–3 months
